Instructions
Place yoghurt, chia, vanilla and milk into a medium bowl and whisk well to combine. Set aside for 10 minutes, then whisk again until smooth. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Toss the berries with the sugar in a small bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. To serve, place berries and little of syrup that has formed into the base of a glass or jar. Spoon over the yoghurt and chia pudding. Sprinkle with granola and top with extra yoghurt.
